Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I always babysit the children at my church for events and help during sunday school! Also I’ve babysat my neices and nephews ranging from 1yrs-6yrs. I’ve also gotten paid for babysitting 3 of my baby cousins (3yrs, 5yrs, and 9yrs) at a time overnight a couple of times throughout the past 3 years. I have 1 nephew who lives close and I watch him frequently (6yrs old).
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Going to the park, it’s always fun to run around outside and enjoy nature! I love teaching fun games, reading stories, and coloring. Depending on their age, I love baking simple recipes like cookies where kids can have fun. My main thing is whenever I babysit children, I never want to just sit back and just keep an eye on them, I love to do fun activities, and create a space where they can feel safe, comfortable, involved, and have fun!
