I closely monitored children's activities, prepared meals, maintained a safe and sanitary environment, ensuring that the business was in compliance with all Federal and local daycare laws. I provided preschool activities to help children learn and prepare for elementary school. I also monitored headcount, so the daycare had appropriate coverage for the amount of children signed in for the day. This was a critical task needed to make sure that the daycare was able to accommodate as many children as possible, and stay in compliance.
