A little bit about me

Hi there! I’m Lyssa, a 31 year old yoga teacher and pt nanny. I’ve lived in Melbourne for about 5 years and LOVE it here! I teach yoga virtually, but miss having the structure of a “normal” job - that’s where nannying comes in. I’ve been babysitting ever since I got my baby sitter certification (thanks mom!) at 16 via Girl Scouts. I graduated from Penn State, main campus, with a journalism degree in 2013, but decided to travel the world after graduation. I babysat and nannyed throughout New Zealand and Australia, then spent a summer at sleep away camp back in America. I’m finally settled here in Melbourne and I couldn’t think of a better place to live! I love the outdoors (even in the summer, be it a little at a time), getting my steps in with neighborhood walking games, but arts and crafts has to be my fav activity with the kiddos! I’d love to get to know your family and see if we’d be a good fit to work together.
