The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny is keeping the children safe and making sure they feel loved. Each child is different is their own way. It’s imports at that a caretaker and parent understand what that child/ children need in order for them to be safe, loved and ensure that they exceed in life. It’s also important that i build a good relationship with the children and the parents.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with special needs children while I was in high school. I helped assist them during gym class. I have also worked with children that have learning disabilities at the daycare I worked at. While working in early head start I had a kid in my class that had autism. While there I learned many different things about autism and different tools and strategies I can use.
