Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I student taught in a third grade classroom when I was 17! My highschool had an Education (teaching) program that I participated in, allowing me to partake in this experience. Beyond my regular student teaching position, I also occasionally taught lessons in classrooms K-3.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Yard games, coloring with chalk, imaginative play, getting children outside, science experiments, card/board games, etc.. I prefer to keep the kids off screens and keep their minds engaged.

I do not have any previous experience with special needs children, but I would love the opportunity to work with and provide care to any child in need.
