Hello! My name is Mackenzie Sturgill, and I am a 24-year-old NICU nurse with a deep passion for caring for children of all ages. I currently work in the NICU, where I’ve truly fallen in love with nurturing and supporting little ones during their earliest stages of life.

I grew up with four biological siblings and have also helped raise my two younger foster brothers since birth. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in patience, attentiveness, and understanding the unique needs of each child.

I am currently looking for a part-time nanny position, as I plan to continue my work in the NICU but would love a more relaxed and personal environment to continue doing what I love. I bring a high level of responsibility, reliability, and timeliness, along with a very clean and organized approach to any home I’m in. I also have lots of energy and creativity, and I genuinely enjoy engaging children through play, learning, and meaningful interaction.
