Hi! I’m Maddison!
I’ve been working in childcare full-time since 2019, including time as a Teacher Assistant for kids with autism (ages 5-14). Because of that background, I have a lot of great educational resources I love to share with the families I work with. Currently, I spend my afternoons providing one-on-one care—handling everything from behavioral support and meal prep to light housekeeping and hygiene. I tend to become very close with the families I work for, and I’m really hoping to find that same kind of connection here!
I’m currently in Buffalo but moving down to Florida in the next couple of weeks to be with my mom. I’m a super social, outdoorsy person—I love packing a picnic, going for walks, and just getting out of the house. I’m looking for a great family to become a part of and can’t wait to get to know you guys!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

For the last 6 or 7 years, I’ve worked one-on-one with kids in both classrooms and private homes, providing behavioral and educational support. A huge part of my experience was working as a nanny for one family for 4 years. I started when their youngest was just 6 months old and cared for their 9 and 14-year-olds as well. Since the 14-year-old has autism, I handled a lot of specialized care and behavioral support. I’ve always grown very close to the families I work with, and I take a lot of pride in being a reliable part of their daily lives.

I’m a huge outdoorsy person! Love a nice walk, park visit, swim in the pool, anything to soak up some vitamin D! I also have a program management background for those with disabilities so I come with a lot of activities and crafts up my sleeves as well!
