A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Madi.
I am a young adult, who is fun & loving girl who is looking for the perfect family to nanny for.
I have had experience babysitting multiple children, of all ages, and am looking for a full-time family that I can really become a key part of.
I am willing to do light housework (dishes, organizing/picking up kids play spaces & bedrooms, pet care etc), meal prep, help with potty training, sleep training, and creating and maintaining a good daily routine with the kids.
I do not have a car, but I have reliable transportation and am very punctual.
If you’re close enough to parks or activities, I’d love to walk with the kids a couple times a week to get out & explore! Or just going outside and getting fresh air is great too.
I like to read to/with the kids, do age appropriate games & crafts, learning and much, much more!
Looking forward to meeting some great families and potentially working for your family in the future!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have a 1.5 year old baby sister, I watch her almost everyday for fun. She’s my whole world! I’ve learned so much from watching her grow and learn each day! We love to practice colors, words, numbers, animals etc!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy playing and learning at the same time- Ive found it really great and helpful to make everything a fun learning opportunity (especially with the younger ones!) I’ve always been amazed to see how young kids process and understand things as they grow. They are all so smart and different each in their own way.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part of being a nanny is to make the family feel like they can have peace of mind knowing that their child(ren) are always safe with me.
I understand how hard it can be for parents to leave and feel worried, but it is important to me to build strong relationships with the families I work for so the parents can always rest assured! It’s also always a high priority for me to build a strong connection & relationships with the kids I care for, so they know that they can come to me for anything they need, and that I’m there to protect them, mentor them, and nurture them as their nanny.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for one special needs child, she had a rare disease which caused her to be unable to speak or walk. I enjoyed taking her out on walks (in wheel chair) and bringing her on the swing out back, and always talking with her as although she couldn’t respond, she communicated in her own way. She was so special and fun to work with!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment would probably be when a 2 year old boy I babysat for a while first learned my name. It was very special because he wasn’t much of a talker. It’s always so amazing to build connections with the kids I care for.

Hello I’m Marissa.
I’m 22 years old and I’ve been a babysitter for nearly 10 years

I haven’t been a full time nanny long, however I have plenty of experience caring for children!

Pre- Covid I would babysit for a few families at a time regularly in addition to being an online college student.

I have lots of experience with infants and toddlers in addition to young children.

I will do light housekeeping and help out mom and dad as much as possible in between caring for the children.

I have a clean driving record, I’m CPR and first aid certified.
