My experience with special needs children...
While in Highschool I was in a program that assigned buddies to special needs children I was paired with someone every year and am still friends with these kids today. Also my brother who is 7 now is special needs and I took care of him for years and still do today.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was working with three children who struggled in school and often needed help with school work and studying after a few months they really started to turn things around and find school and learning to be great and I was glad to be apart of that.
