Hi! I’m Madison. I am a Cosmetology student. I have about 6 years unpaid and almost 1 year of paid experience which is my current job at the daycare:) I believe that I would be a great fit because I offer a nurturing environment for your little ones. I’ve grown a passion for working with children through the positive/negative experiences i’ve had since working at my daycare, and overall just being able to interact with them. Being around my daycare babies on a daily makes me so much happier no matter what mood I’m in they always make it 10x better! Working with children has driven me to want to change my major in college to something that involves working with children, now I want to be a children’s psychologist. I come with patience, empathy, and genuine love for any child that is in my care at all times and I believe I will make a great fit to be your child’s Nanny :)

My experience with special needs children...

Working with special needs children has been a very transformative experience for me. Definitely a lesson in patience, and compassion. These kids have taught me the true meaning of empathy. It’s not just about understanding but about feeling alongside others, meeting them where they are, and offering as much support as possible.

Making grinch hand art with my daycare babies was one of my favorites but a moment I cherished most was when I came back to the daycare after being sick with the Flu for 5 days and my kids had a poster up to surprise me on the way and each one of them signed the poster saying “get well soon Ms. Maddy we love you” It was sooo wholesome I could’ve cried!
