More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
One of my notable experiences was working as a lifeguard and swim lesson instructor. In this role, I not only ensured the safety of children around the pool but also had the chance to create and implement engaging curriculum specifically designed for kids between the ages of 2 and 4. It was incredibly fulfilling to see them learn and have fun in the water.
Additionally, my time spent nannying for six different families during my studies at A&M has been invaluable. It allowed me to develop my organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to establish nurturing and trustworthy relationships with both children and parents.
So, in addition to my extensive babysitting and nannying experience, my background as a lifeguard and swim lesson instructor has provided me with valuable skills and perspectives when it comes to caring for children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
When it comes to activities I enjoy doing with children, I love exploring their creativity and engaging their imaginations. Arts and crafts are always a hit, whether it's painting, drawing, or making fun crafts with various materials. I also enjoy reading books with children, as it not only sparks their love for storytelling but also provides a wonderful opportunity for learning and bonding.
Outdoor activities are a great way to keep kids active and have fun. I enjoy taking them to parks, organizing scavenger hunts, playing sports, or simply having a picnic in the sunshine. If there's a nearby playground, I'm always up for pushing them on swings or joining in on their adventures on the jungle gym.

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a strong and nurturing relationship with the children under my care. Beyond providing basic supervision, a nanny has the opportunity to become a trusted companion, mentor, and positive influence in a child's life.
Creating a safe and loving environment where children feel secure, valued, and respected is paramount. Building a foundation of trust allows for meaningful connections and allows me to better understand and meet their individual needs.
Another crucial aspect of being a nanny is promoting the child's holistic development. This involves not only attending to their physical well-being but also supporting their emotional, cognitive, and social growth. I strive to provide engaging and age-appropriate activities that stimulate their curiosity, encourage their creativity, and facilitate their learning.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny goes beyond just taking care of the children; it's about being a part of their growth and development. Knowing that I played a small role in encouraging their exploration and fostering their sense of wonder makes this job incredibly fulfilling.
I'm eager to create more magical moments and be there for even more milestones as I continue my journey as a nanny. If you have any other questions or want to learn more about my experiences, feel free to ask!
