I feel like having fun and being a funny person to the children is impossible however setting boundaries and engaging is one of the most important aspects of being a nanny. Having to take into account what boundaries need to be set for the children just as simple as no hitting and engaging with children as simple as eye contact or communication helps the child understand that you actually are paying attention and have a sense of what they’re talking about.
