Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I like to get outside as much as possible to do fun activities such as seasonal play like snowmen and snowball fights during cold months or making leaf piles in the fall! I enjoy making up games that engage a child mentally and physically and doing it in the sunshine always makes it better! On rainy or not good weather days I like to play make believe games and educational board games, create crafts and artwork, and listen/dance/sing to music! I usually incorporate song and dance into a lot of my activities :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is fostering a safe, nurturing environment where children feel free to explore their interests and discover who they are. I aim to encourage their curiosity and individuality while ensuring they feel valued and understood. It’s essential that children know they are in a space where they can express themselves authentically, without fear of judgment, so they can grow confidently into their unique selves.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when I was working with a family with twin girls. They were 4 and we were playing with balloons and one of the girls was making her hair static with the balloon! We were laughing so hard at her silliness and I’ll never forget how much fun I had with those two :)
