I believe the most important part about being a nanny is being fully present with the children, creating open communication, and making the time without mom and dad feel fun, safe, and even a little adventurous. One of my favorite moments was when I tickled a kindergartner my sweet little Isaiah, and he turned it into a “tickle train,” going around the class tickling everyone even the teachers! It was so funny and sweet, and we all couldn’t stop laughing.
