A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Maggie! I’m twenty-six years old and recently relocated to the Kingston/Plymouth, MA area. I grew up in West Virginia as one of five kids. As a child, my favorite activity was exploring the forest behind my house in search of an animal in need of rescue. My love of the outdoors has remained a big part of my life since! Today, I spend as much time as possible hiking, camping, rock climbing, skiing, and scuba diving. I also love to bake and cook. Recently, I was torn between going to culinary school and pursuing a master’s degree - the master’s won out. I have a BA from West Virginia University and a master’s degree from Harvard. In addition to food and the outdoors, I also love to read, which certainly aided me in the completion of my degrees. Finally, I am a patient, compassionate, and loving person. In the past, I’ve worked as a barista, tutor, researcher, and more, but the greatest fulfillment I’ve known in a job was when I was working with kids.
