My experience with special needs children...
I worked with a family who had a at the time 10 year old RETT syndrome daughter. I had to change diapers, administer a feeding tube, keep entertained, while also watching after a then 8 year old boy. I also enjoyed to take them out on walks to a nearby playground along with many other fun activities.
