With the family that I used to nanny for, afternoon months or so of me nanning for them, the daughter asked if I was just going to move with them to Kentucky and continue to be their nanny. When I told her no, she said that no nanny was ever going to be as good as I was and that I had to come visit as much as possible. She gave me a huge hug and and whispered in my ear that she loved all of the dress up and crafts that I did with her and that she would miss me very much.
