Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I'm no stranger to taking care of kids while parents are on vacation or work trips, as well as times where I've been left to watch groups at a time. So far these have just been family friends, but they've all aged out of needing me.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love reading, playing games, dancing, singing, ice cream trips, days at the beach (if allowed), and helping with learning.
The most important part about being a nanny...
is safety to me! I know how stressful it is to worry when a kid is sick or doing something new, and safety is my biggest priority. We can have fun and stay safe.
My experience with special needs children...
I have one sibling in particular that required monitoring while he slept, for any noises or sounds that indicated seizures or illness. I'm very used to making sure a child is in a safe position and is tended too properly while sick. Monitoring play time was also very important, avoiding head injuries was super critical!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I loved helping kids learn to read and write, probably my favorite age group.
