My name is Makayla Allen, and I am a 21 year old Bolivian-American moving to Miamitown, OH in September. I have 20 nieces and nephews, including 3 great nephews, 1 great niece and another on the way. I am very passionate about childcare and I would love to start helping people as a job. I have grown up around children and want to have my own some day, but this would be a terrific start. I was a Student Ambassador as a senior in high school, and we traveled to our neighboring schools to inform the students about the benefits of coming to our career center. We interacted with the students, played games, and got to know them personally, and what interests them.

I enjoy making interactive activities based on the age group I’m working with. I love to encourage infants to kick toy balls and grab objects with their hands. I also enjoy the interactive alphabet crafts for toddlers.
