The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was when I was reading a story with a little boy who had been struggling to sit still and focus. Over a few weeks, we made story time a special routine, and one day he climbed onto my lap with his favorite book and asked me to read it. He sat through the whole story, completely engaged, and Seeing his excitement for reading and knowing I helped spark that joy was incredibly rewarding.
