One time, a little girl I was watching was determined to teach me the ‘right’ way to color. She took my crayon, shook her head, and said, ‘No, no, no—trees are pink today!’ From then on, we created an entire world where the grass was purple, the sky was green, and the sun wore sunglasses. It was such a fun reminder that kids see the world in the most creative and unexpected ways!
