More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked in my moms licensed home daycare, i was a nanny for 1 year and half, i then married and worked in a licensed daycare center and then opened my home up for Daycare children of all ages, along with being a licensed foster parent for 5.5 yrs and also raising my 2 children who are now 13 years old and 9 years old. I also took care of my nieces and nephews from time to time when needed.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
In the winter time depending on weather, I will have arts and crafts, coloring, age appropriate kid music and games. when the weather is nice out i like to take kids to the park, going for a walk, playing outside, supervising pool play and other supervised age appropriate play for children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is to be in the present of the little ones and knowing when they are needing love, comfort and wanting to have your attention and you are giving them your 100% even if you are busy at the moment. Creating memories with the child and developing a bond in the child and parents so there is trust in the relationship.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most memorable moment I had with my children that i was caring for while being their nanny- the moment that they learn a new word or a preschooler can master learning to use the scissors that we worked on for 3 weeks and the smiles were worth it and his excited voice when his parents came home.
