The relationship that you build with a child whether you are a teacher, nanny, coach, parent, or family member is something that they won't forget especially when you have made a positive impact in their life and that is what I strive for.

I have not cared for any special needs children individually. I have worked in an environment before where there were special needs children and done some training but do not have enough one-on-one experience with special needs children.
