The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters most to me about being a nanny is creating a space where children feel safe, seen, and understood. I think it’s important to see each child as their own person, meet them where they are, and take the time to understand what they need.
I want children to feel like they can have fun, be themselves, ask questions, and express their feelings while also knowing that I am a responsible adult who will communicate with them, set appropriate boundaries, and keep them safe. For me, being a nanny is about building trust and creating that feeling of, “This person sees me, listens to me, and I know I’m safe with them.”

I have experience working with children with special needs on a 1:1 basis and group setting, but it is limited.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I took one of the kids to the mall and we were able to explore have lunch and spend time out and about! They had so much going into all the toy stores and making a mental note of what they were going to ask their parents for.
