Hi there! I'm Mariah. I'm an environmental science major and looking to finish my degree. I'm also a new mom and have decided I want to stay home with my baby. I never thought I would be here, but I can't imagine leaving her now. So I'm looking to nanny again with the ability to bring my daughter (5 months). I have 10+ years of experience. I follow a loose Montessori learning style. I also follow a gentle parenting approach for behavioral development.

My interest in caring for children comes from my love for my large family. I have 6 younger siblings ranging from 13-25. I've carried that on by nannying for other families. Being able to have an influence on a child's life is rewarding for me. Children are so creative, curious, and intuitive. I realized I wasn't the only one teaching, but also learning with them. I've been able to build such a strong bond with all the children I've nannied over the years with this mindset.
