A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Mariah and I have been working with children since 2010. My love for children started when I was a child. My baby sister was born when I was four and I treated her like one of the baby dolls I was obsessed with. When I was 10 I started volunteering at my church to help out in the 2s and 3s classroom. Then I became the babysitter for many families from church. When I went to college I continued to babysat and even was a live in nanny for a summer to three wonderful children. Over the years I have babysat/nannied 58 children. Another thing that has always set me apart from other sitters is that I don't put children in front of screens. I would much rather help cultivate their imagination. I play games, do crafts, read/tell stories, do relay races, and play with children at their level.
