I have experience nannying for families and babysitting on multiple occasions. I also have experience caring for children through my church, being the youth ministry teacher and conducting activities/tasks with the children. Have also volunteered to help at school events and have tutored children helping with homework and class work.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love being outdoors and enjoy taking the kids to the park, playing tag, hide and go seek, water balloon fights, swimming, going on walks and many more.
I also enjoy being inside and finding creative activities to do indoors, some activities include making arts and crafts, having talent shows, watching movies, playing board games, making fun and delicious foods, and much more!

The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the kids feel loved, safe and happy at all times. Seeing the smiles on the kids faces when I am with them everyday/doing activities is what keeps me going, feeling loved and happy is so important in every aspect of life but especially as children.
My experience with special needs children...
I have taken care of my two younger cousins who have special needs and have assisted in administrating medication, following specific food guidelines and preparing meals, changing and assisting with bathroom duties, took them on walks, played games and designed activities that they can participate in and more! While I do not have much experience with children who have special needs, I am more than willing to learn and grow in order to care for your child to the best of my ability! I will always ask questions and educate myself to provide the same care for your child that you would.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think my favorite nanny moments in general are seeing the things the kids come up with. I was babysitting a 6yr old little girl and her 8yr old sister and we were playing outside when I saw the 6yr old with a stick on a string as her pet, it was hilarious the 8yr old and I were cracking up and thought it was so cute!
