My experience with special needs children...
Bed bound with mental disability could not talk or walk and was on a feeding tube as well bathed and changed every 2 hours on the hour . Was able to also help teach her a little bit of sign language for dry mouth or accident or hungry to know when to do the feeding tube as well
The most important part about being a nanny...
Was seeing the kids play and then coming up to me giving me a big hug just because they were enjoying spending time with me and all the cool activities we had going on it made my heart skip a beat and made me so happy
