For the past year, I’ve been devoted to caring for my granddaughter, born August 12, 2024—a continuation of the nurturing role I've cherished throughout my life. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in a pediatric hospital setting, I've supported children during vulnerable times when their parents couldn’t be by their side, offering not only medical care but emotional and educational guidance.

Each year, I volunteer with a nonprofit to provide asthma education to children, helping them understand and manage their condition with confidence. As a mother of two, I know firsthand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing space, having spent years as a stay-at-home mom, fully engaged in their growth and development.

My nephew Tyler who has autism lived with me from age three to seven. I've also dealt with special needs children in the hospital setting and my best friend's child has cerebral palsy and I help her with him as much as I can.
