Patience! Sometimes when working with many kids or even babies/toddlers can be overwhelming at times cause kids are so energetic or want to do their own things, but the most important thing is to be patient with them. At the end of the day, they're still kids and they're still learning and just barely grasping onto skills we all have honed in for years.

Teaching a child I nannied how to write properly. He struggled for weeks with some letters and often with his own name. Seeing him grow and finally be able to write his name along with many letters he struggled with was so incredible to watch, and made that moment in time stick with me forever.
