Bonding! One of the things I love the most is when kids start getting used to me and they let down some of their walls and feel comfortable with being vulnerable in front of me! It’s always nice when I’m having a regular day with the kids and I notice that they said or did something that peeled away at their layers and revealed part of their true self to me!

One day I had the greatest idea that I know the girls I nanny would love! I went and bought mini soda cans from the store and surprised them with their favorite flavors after we got home from school. I told them “whichever one of us can drink their can of soda the fastest and make the loudest burp wins!” They loved it!! It was a pretty funny and memorable moment!
