More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing a variety of active and engaging activities with children that keep them moving, learning, and having fun. I have a very creative mind and I’m very energetic, so I naturally bring excitement and positivity into everything we do from outdoor obstacle courses and basketball games to dance parties, arts and crafts, and imaginative play. I also genuinely enjoy cooking healthy meals and snacks, keeping spaces organized, and maintaining a clean environment. Cleaning is actually something I like to do I joke that I don’t just tidy up, I declare war on clutter and refuse to let the toys win! I believe a clean and organized space helps children feel calm, focused, and safe, while still leaving plenty of room for fun and creativity.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny to me is understanding the responsibility and privilege of caring for someone’s child. I may not have children of my own, but when I am entrusted with a child, I treat them as if they were my own — with protection, patience, guidance, and unconditional care. Children are innocent souls, and they deserve to feel safe, valued, heard, and deeply loved. They deserve the freedom to enjoy being kids — to laugh loudly, explore curiously, imagine boldly, and grow confidently without fear.
Being a nanny is more than supervision; it’s shaping memories, modeling character, building trust, and nurturing their emotional and physical development. It’s about being someone they can run to when they’re proud, when they’re scared, or when they simply need comfort. I believe childhood is sacred, and my role is to protect that innocence while guiding them toward independence, kindness, and confidence. That responsibility means everything to me.

My experience with special needs children...
have experience working with children with special needs, including those with learning disabilities and those receiving therapy services, and I approach each child with patience, compassion, and adaptability. My background as a student Physical Therapist Assistant and Physical Therapy Aide has helped me understand developmental milestones, sensory needs, motor skill challenges, and the importance of individualized support. I am comfortable modifying activities to match a child’s cognitive and physical abilities, using clear step-by-step instructions, positive reinforcement, and structured routines to help them feel secure and successful. I focus on building confidence, encouraging independence, and creating a calm, supportive environment where each child can learn, grow, and thrive at their own pace.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments is simply watching kids be kids laughing over the smallest things, using their imagination to turn the living room into a jungle, or proudly showing off a crayon masterpiece like it belongs in a museum. There’s something so special about witnessing their pure joy and curiosity as they explore the world. I love seeing their accomplishments, whether it’s tying their shoes for the first time, reading a sentence on their own, riding a bike without help, or learning to use their words instead of tears. Being there for those little victories and watching their confidence grow is such a beautiful experience. It reminds me that childhood is full of small but powerful milestones, and getting to cheer them on through it all is truly a gift.
