Being able to care and be patient with a child. Also the most important never ever ever leave a child alone and feeling uncomfortable or unwanted!!! Kids should feel that’s you are a safe place for them to be free and safe of any and every thing.
My experience with special needs children...
I actually grew up in classes with kids with special needs and there no different than any other kid just got super powers. There more alert and playful than other kids and that’s okay with me I’m just as much as kid as them just older :) but I have family that are special needs they just need more care and attention in my experiences of growing up
