I raised 4 children and I was a stay -at- home mom for several years. During this time, I took in additional children. Over the years, I have been involved with many activities that included children: CCD classes, Brownies, boy scouts, babysitting great neices and nephews, and babysit my grandson.

Outdoor fun like parks, ,swimming pools, walking, games, bikes, and letting the kids just run around and enjoy themselves. Indoor fun to include books, coloring, games, toys, activities like playdough, paints, crafts, etc.

Being loving! If you are loving, kind, and patient they will know it and respond accordingly. They are just so sweet and innocent and they deserve nothing but all the love we can give them!!

I was making cupcakes for my daughter's birthdays (twins) to take to school. Their younger brother was about 3 at the time. He snuck out of the house. As I am approaching the front door, I see all the cars going by really slow and looking at something in the neighbor's yard. When I looked over, it was my son, stripped naked and "swimming" in a water filled dip in their driveway. He was having a grand old time! He always was a "free spirit"!!!
