Hi. My name is Heather. I have been an LPN nurse for 33 years. I live in Pennsylvania and am relocating to the Lutz area where my daughter lives around September 27. I am CPR certified and trained in first aid and trach and vent care. Nursing for so long has taken a toll on my body, which has caused me to have back and hip surgery and am on disability. I am looking for a position where I only work possibly up to six or seven days a month depending on salary. I have to stay under the cap of disability to not lose it. After my surgeries, I began working with Bayada pediatric home healthcare. I will be transferring my employment from Pennsylvania to the Tampa office, but I would be willing to consider other employment. I have not yet applied to transfer my nursing license from Pennsylvania to Florida, but I plan to do that very soon.
