I have been raised with a deaf cousin and one who has Down syndrome. While in highschool I was apart of a program in the class with the special needs children. I understand that have needs in there own and love to learn more when working with them.

My favorite nanny moment was when I first started. It was two little girls and the youngest one was very shy at first and wouldn’t come to me but after the second day I was there she came running to me yelling my name.
