A little bit about me

Hi my name is MaryLanaika and I have a true passion for taking care of children. I am 19 years old and currently attending Chabot College. I am the captain of the Fremont police explorers. I've trained and taught young adults about leadership and law enforcement for over 4 years. I competed in Track and Field in my high school years and became team captain for my junior and senior year. After I graduated I came back to assist my coach and help out train the team. I worked at Coscto for over a year in the deli and bakery department.
I found my love for childcare when I had to take care of my one year old cousin by myself for an entire summer. When I babysit I do not only entertain; I teach, clean, make snacks, follow guidelines/rules, most important of them all, protect. I will watch over and make sure they are safe, happy, and comfortable.
