the most important part about being a nanny to me is taking on that responsibility of a nanny/babysitter, and understanding the children with their wants and needs and boundaries. it’s really important to be patient with kids and to be kind, gentle no matter what! understanding that each child has their own background and learning, is a key part in childcare, you learn so many different things about behavior and personality! it takes time to adjust but when you understand kids needs approaching difficult situations becomes manageable!
