More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Siblings ages 2-6. All were foster kids and all were kids I sat on a weekly and a five year basis and most of my knowledge has came from sitting those amazing kids. I also worked with my mother in a home-daycare with kids ranging from infant to teens and all my responsibility came from that great experience!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Playing mincraft is a favorite with littles, and teaching them about different animals and landforms! Taking walks and picking flowers and just getting out of the house for a bit and off the technology, maybe ride bikes or walk your animals! I love spoiling the littles and am willing to get ice cream and movies and have an ice cream party while you guys are enjoying life we can enjoy ours! Talking about everything and anything, just communicating and being an outlet for kids to just vent and talk to!

Initiative, Responsibility, and most importantly Love.

My experience with special needs children...

I cared for a child with Hydrocephalus and whom also had seizure, I helped with his medicine and feedings as well as bathing and changing. All of my medical knowledge came from that experience as well as classes I take on CPR!

The most important part about being a nanny...

A one-time baby I sat refused to even touch me at first and only wanted their mom, and eventually they went and the baby still refused to look at me. I cleaned up a bit while the baby crawled after me, every step I took he took one two seconds later and I continued to walk around the house while the baby "snuck" behind me. Only when I pretend to act scared when the baby catches me by my foot, I got a giggle and a genuine smile on that babys face. Turns out that baby's first word was my name and now even though I don't work for them anymore I still hangout with that once grumpy baby.:)
