A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Mattea and I am 20 years old and aI m currently enrolled at Elgin Community College. I will be graduating next spring of 2022 with my associates degree and would like to pursue my education at a university in Illinois (not exactly sure what university yet). I have been working as a shift manager at Jimmy Johns since 2018 and though I love my job there, I believe it is time for me to move onto something much more exciting and related towards my career. After I graduate school, my goal is to become a teacher. I am still not sure what grade level I want to teach, but I am very set on becoming an educator for children. In my free time I enjoy being active, going outside, taking my dogs for walks, going shopping with my friends, spending time with my family, and cooking and baking are also a hobby I like to do in my free time because I love food! I am always opened to trying new things and meeting new people!
