A little bit about me

I have been babysitting and working in childcare for 4 years and am fully capable of handling any responsibilities thrown my way. I’m very engaged with the children I care for. Whether that be playing, helping with homework or fun activities, and taking them places. I can care for any needs the child may have. I went into childcare because I am very enthusiastic about working and caring for children. I want to be able to have a positive influence in their lives and help them to grow and develop in a safe, fun, and secure environment. The first school semester of 2018 I was a nanny for a family with a 9 year old boy. The duties included: Puck ups/drop offs, getting him ready for school and to school, homework help, laundry, light cleaning, on occasion cooking, and caring for their dog. I’ll also do date nights and run errands. I’m taking a class this summer to become first aid and CPR certified. Next school year I plan to take childcare classes to further my childcare knowledge.
