I was looking after this 3 year old that had special needs who just needed someone to sit with her for a second and talk to her and actually listened, she was whining at the park, so i sat down and talked with her asked her questions abt what she was doing what's going on and she finally calmed down and listened to what I had to say, after that she was all smiles
