One of my favorite moments being a nanny was when one of the children I was caring for wanted to help nurture her baby brother while he was an infant. It was the sweetest time! She would always want to tend to him the second she heard him cry. She was the sweetest big sitter ever and watching their relationship develop as they grew was the best!
