Having worked with children of all ages for over 10 years now, there is honestly nothing that warms my heart more than seeing that joyous smile come across a child's face during our interactions. During their growing years, they are learning how to develop relationships with people and it is an honor and a pleasure for me to have the ability to be a positive force and leave a long lasting imprint in their lives because they teach adults so much more than they receive credit for. I have worked with children with special needs such as autism and down syndrome for years and it has been incredibly rewarding to witness them grow in every single way. They have also taught me to take things one day at a time. Children have taught me patience, love, honesty, transparency, and so much more.
