My experience with special needs children...
I have always had a passion for working with children with special needs (or rather, as I see it, children with unique disabilities, handicaps and challenges, all of which are the worlds greatest little warriors and most beautiful souls). . I have lengthy experience working with both special needs toddlers, and young children, and even adults. I have an abundance of patience and believe in encouragement, positivity, compassion, love, optimism, hope, and acceptance.
