More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked as a nanny since I was 14 years old. I am 1 of 7 children and have 2 children myself. I worked as a Behavioral Therapist for children on the Autism Spectrum and at Innovation Montessori Ocoee.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I have a huge passion for getting children outside. Supporting them by modeling physical activities and enthusiasm. Encouraging them to try new things but also supporting them in their own interest. For example, If a child enjoys playing Mario Kart on the Nintendo, I can set up an interactive game outside that reflects Mario Kart themes. As an education major I do enjoy supporting in academic growth. This can also be done through games and activities inside as needed. Taking children to the park, nature adventures, and other enrichments.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is the overall safety and emotional climate of the home. Everyone should feel safe and secure with my presence.

I have experience with children on the Autism Spectrum as I was a Behavioral Therapist.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is being someone that the children love and feel safe around. As a nanny our place in the family and the children's hearts is earned. Being able to be a safe person for everyone in the family is incredibly rewarding for me.
