Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I absolutely love building forts, Legos, dolls (I'd say barbies are my favorite), marbles, playing with animals. That's all I can think of off the top of my head but, I'm happy doing whatever the kid wants, I feel like this question is a bit odd because of that? It shouldn't so much be us doing whatever I like but doing what that kid likes to do.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say the most important thing is the balance between being patient and understanding v. making sure the kids are doing what they're supposed to. Also probably less of a structure thing but, I think it's important to treat them like a friend and like were just hanging out, it's necessary to have a guardian but a kid doesn't really get that so if you play with them they'll be happy without feeling like they've been left behind or something? (I'm not really sure I'm explaining this right, I just know that growing up I loved my babysitters and always just thought of them like a big sister to play with)
The most important part about being a nanny...
When we did make overs together and ended up playing a game of tic-tac-toe on my cheeks with the eyeliner. We left it on the whole night, even when I went to the door to get the food, we'll still laugh about that together when I see them.
