Warm, friendly career Nanny/NCS with over a decade of experience. Experience with premies, twins (1+ years), reflux, special needs (ADHD/Autism spectrum), sleep coaching/nap transitions, and managing the transition to solids (purées and baby-led weaning). I have knowledge of REI and Montessori methods, but incredibly flexible and will follow the parents’ lead. Very flexible and accommodating, happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep and organization. Comfortable in all sorts of “mommy and me” classes, from MyGym to music to REI classes. Experienced with new parents and helping guide them in their first year, distinguishing what’s normal vs when to call a pediatrician.
