A little bit about me

Hey there! My name is Megan, I have 3 little girls and have been in child care since I was 11. My mom had an in home daycare when I was younger and I was there everyday to help her. I knew very quickly this was my calling/passion.

I absolutely love children and interacting with them. Whether it’s crafts, outside time, sensory play, or just simply rocking them to sleep.
They will be in very caring, loving, watchful, fun adventurous hands.

Children are the most precious keys to our hearts. They are like sunshine to our souls and make everyday better and brighter. I can confidently say you would never have to worry about them while in my care and It would be my pleasure to take care of the one(s) you love most.

Also to add, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and have hospital experience working as a nurse technician and working in home health care. I am also updated on my flu vaccine.

I love playing “house” with them, taking them to the park, teaching them new things, baking, building forts, and just over all using our imaginations to have fun!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure the child(ren) are safe and enjoying their time, that they really soak in everything around them. Children are a lot more observant than we realize and if you’re doing your job correctly, keeping them safe, feeling loved, and overall happy then you’ll be rewarded with the their trust. There is nothing more beautiful than building a bond with a child and their families. They soon start to become apart of your own family and it’s the most unexplainable feeling and one you’ll never forget.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I remember one day when I was working I was cooking dinner for the children and one of them came up from behind me and wrapped their little arms around me and told me how special I was to him and how happy he was to have me there to take care of him. One of the best memories because in that moment I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.
