A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Megan Goettsch, and I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. Working with children has always been my passion, and I have dedicated my career to helping them learn, grow, and thrive.

I spent nine years teaching in public schools, working with students of all ages. That experience allowed me to build meaningful relationships with children and families while developing a teaching style centered on patience, encouragement, and individualized learning.

Today, I am proud to serve as a Lead Teacher at a daycare, where I continue doing what I love most—caring for and educating young children. I believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, I am a proud parent of two wonderful children, and being a mom has strengthened my understanding of the importance of providing compassionate, high-quality care. I truly love working with children.
